Mirage says goodbye to Rainbow Six roster
Canadian esports organization Mirage has announced the parting ways with the Rainbow Six roster. The club thanked their former players and assured the fans that they had no intention of leaving the stage. The organization also indirectly confirmed recent rumors about problems with payments.
As Mirage rethinks its approach to Rainbow Six, we have reached a mutual agreement with our roster and coaching staff, promising them support in finding new teams. Mirage remains committed to their future and our future in the North American League in order to perform well in the coming seasons.
We are constantly learning and developing to be better. We want to assure fans and the community that Mirage is taking every step to ensure a brighter future. We thank the incredibly talented players and staff for their continued efforts, especially in the last few months, which have allowed our organization to compete in the Six Jönköping Major 2022 last fall.
We look forward to continued success in the future.
Last season, the Mirage team took fourth place in the North American League 2022 - Stage 3, and also took part in the Six Jönköping Major 2022, where they finished last in the group and failed to qualify for the playoffs. In addition, the North American team recently played in the closed qualifiers for the Six Invitational 2023 for North America, where they suffered two defeats and took the last place.
