PUBG Mobile x Spider-Man: Brand New Day Collaboration Launches With New Mode and Abilities

PUBG Mobile has officially launched its collaboration with Spider-Man: Brand New Day, introducing a themed game mode, exclusive gameplay mechanics, cosmetics, and limited-time events. The crossover runs from July 30 to September 14, 2026, coinciding with the theatrical release of the new Spider-Man film.

The update expands Classic Mode with Spider-Man-inspired features, including the return of Web-Shooters, which allow players to swing between buildings and obstacles while also slowing enemies with web attacks. The collaboration also debuts wall climbing, enabling players to scale surfaces and combine the mechanic with a Double Jump for increased mobility.

Another new item is the Web Grenade, which can trap and slow opponents, while the Spidey-Sense ability alerts players when nearby enemies move, fire weapons, or drive vehicles, providing additional awareness during combat.

Several themed locations have also been added to the map, including Skyline Plaza, Peter Parker's Apartment, Train Rescue Sequence, Rescue Photo Zone, and Cemetery Tribute Zone. These areas recreate memorable scenes inspired by the Spider-Man franchise and include interactive elements tied to the event.

In addition to gameplay content, the collaboration features Lucky Spins, limited-time missions, daily login rewards, and free event items. Players can unlock cosmetics such as Peter Parker's hoodie, an exclusive parachute finish, avatar icon, and avatar frame by participating in the event.

This marks PUBG Mobile's second collaboration with the Spider-Man franchise, following the Spider-Man: No Way Home crossover in 2022. More recently, the game has also partnered with major entertainment franchises including Naruto Shippuden and Blue Lock, continuing its strategy of introducing large-scale themed events.
