Mewtwo enters the Pokémon UNITE arena to celebrate the game's second anniversary

Now, a new battle pass and a temporary game mode have been released.

The Pokémon Company International has unveiled thrilling updates for Pokémon UNITE in honor of its second anniversary. Since its launch in 2021, Pokémon UNITE has amassed over 100 million global downloads, featuring 56 playable Pokémon engaged in intense battles. To celebrate two years of exciting gameplay in Pokémon UNITE, a new battle mode has been introduced, and a beloved Pokémon has returned!

Mewtwo steps onto the scene! Mega Evolving into Mega Mewtwo XThe legendary Pokémon Mewtwo has now joined the ranks of Pokémon UNITE. During battles, Mewtwo can Mega Evolve into Mega Mewtwo X, unleashing a relentless barrage of attacks.

Players have the chance to obtain a Unite License for Mega Mewtwo X for free during the ongoing Crystal Cavern Challenge event.

Moreover, in mid-August, the Unite License for Mega Mewtwo Y will be made available, providing trainers with additional gameplay options featuring this fan-favorite Pokémon.

New Battle Mode: Panic ParadeIn the Panic Parade mode, players must collaborate to protect Tinkatown from the onslaught of panicking Pokémon. Some defeated Pokémon may even be summoned to assist in the battle!

Battle Pass 17, Captain's Style: Zacian

The Battle Pass 17 is also now available, offering players the opportunity to acquire the Captain's Style: Greedent and the knight-themed Captain's Style: Zacian Holowear, along with stylish items from the Captain's Set for trainers who possess the premium pass for this season.
