The Grand Comeback of a Forgotten Hero in LOL! Get Ready for Stunning Transformations in Patch 13.13
An unpopular champion in League of Legends is finally receiving attention from the developers and receiving some exciting updates in the PBE.
On June 13, Spideraxe announced that Xerath will be receiving buffs in Patch 13.13, set to go live on June 28. According to U.GG, these changes have the potential to increase Xerath's pick rate, which currently stands at 1.6% across all ranks in Patch 13.11.
Xerath is about to receive some standard yet impactful buffs. The cooldown of his abilities will be reduced by 2 seconds per kill, and the number of missiles in his ultimate will be increased from three to seven. The base cost and AP ratio will be reduced, while the damage against champions will be increased.
The new scaling for Xerath's ultimate will be 20 + 30% AP per hit.
These changes will make playing Xerath more rewarding for skilled players. The more accurately you land his ultimate, the more damage you will deal. This news has generated excitement among players, as it adds a fresh layer of strategy to the game.
In addition, Riot Games is also addressing another forgotten champion, Zyra. While traditionally played as a support, Zyra will be receiving changes that cater to the jungle role, delighting Zyra jungle players.
Please note that these changes are still subject to adjustments by Riot Games before they go live in Patch 13.13 on June 28. PBE players will have the opportunity to test and explore these changes in the meantime.
