KRÜ Esports dismiss LoL players
The Argentine esports organization KRÜ Esports, which is familiar to many for its roster in VALORANT and Rocket League, just yesterday announced the dissolution of its League of Legends roster.
KRÜ Esports shared the news of this sad event on their official Twitter page, writing about “the best LoL team in its history”, because it was the only one.
The organization itself is very young and with its team in League of Legends managed to participate in only one, nevertheless, rather large tournament - LMF 2022 Opening, where they took 11th out of 12 places. And even despite their position at the bottom of the leaderboard, they received $33,000.
I believe that such a sharp and confident start in a new discipline was a test for the organization. And judging by their tweet, we can assume that there is a possibility that they will not return to professional eSports at all for our favorite MOBA game.
However, there is still hope. Their replacement support player Marco Nicolás " Tulz " Villani is still on the team as the only active player, which could mean his move to the main squad, which will later get to a new split or tournament.
