DRX is one of Korea's top 10 League of Legends teams that have taken their slot in the LCK tournaments and are playing in this year's spring split right now. Today, the esports organization has regained its "old new" head coach Kim "Ssong" Sang-soo.

The news about this was published by DRX themselves in the form of a short post on their official Twitter page.

It will be interesting to note that Ssong not only coached DRX the entire previous year, but also that he has a slightly closer connection with the organization.

Before the rebranding, DRX were called Kingzone DragonX, and they completely bought their roster from another team - Longzhu Gaming, in which Ssong was the head coach. By the way, for him they became the last Korean team before he moved to the United States. And now, he returns a year ago, actually back to the same team.

Kim " Ssong " Sang-soo has been in esports and LoL since 2012. He started as a player in the mid lane, but two years later he moved to the position of a coach. The coach was in such teams as NaJin BlackSword and ROX Tigers, with whom he successfully performed on the professional scene in Korea, and later, as he wrote, he moved to America, first to the Immortals team, and later Team SoloMid, Echo Fox and Counter Logic Gaming, where he also performed well.

Now he is returning to the DRX team right during the LCK Spring 2022, which should greatly boost the level of performance of the players.
