UCAM Esports Club presented a completely new roster

UCAM Esports Club, a Spanish esports organization from the Catholic University of San Antonio (formerly called The Penguins), today announced its League of Legends roster.

I want to remind you that just two days earlier they had already updated information about their team in another discipline from the same Riot Games - VALORANT.

And it is not surprising that the presentation of their own League of Legends team took place later. Because, UCAM, along with information about the lineup, released a 3-minute video on YouTube and Twitter, which deserves to be called almost a short film, where there is a decent plot, graphics and cool work of the operators.

Now more details about the players themselves. The Catholic University of San Antonio team has been in the professional League of Legends for six years now and clearly knows what they are doing. This time they decided to completely change their roster and sign more or less experienced players. Two Spaniards who have been spotted for their success and performance in the SuperLiga: Rubi0o and Homi, who will take the top lane and supports. One player from the French LFL League - Boukada, who will become a jungler for UCAM Esports Club. All three have roughly four years in the League of Legends pro scene.

The surprise was the "reunion" of two former teammates, players from the Portuguese team For The Win Esport - Xaky and Afm, on the mid and botlane. Both have played in League of Legends professionally since 2015 and have been on the same team for three years. By the way, it was with her that they took part in EU Masters twice.

The ambitious coach Jonas Erik 'Vandett0' Toth Jensen, who has been in his business since 2018, and has been the coach of Godsent, Dusty and Tricked Esports, was chosen as the coach for the guys. With the latter, he took first place in the NLC 2021 and went to the EU Masters. He will be assisted by analyst Alejandro 'Alejandro' Fernández Flores.

And it will be no secret to anyone that this Spanish team is also aiming for a new SuperLiga season.
