Ostkaka and Powder left The Alliance

On the official website of The Alliance organization, the information appeared that Sebastian «Ostkaka» Engwall and Harald «Powder» Gimre terminated the contracts with the organization and decided to take a break in their competitive career. Both players told that they lost motivation, however, they will take the final decision after announcement of HCT Tour 2018 format from Blizzard.

Sebastian «Ostkaka» Engwall comments:

«In the past few months I have taken a step back from the Hearthstone grind, I have not had the passion to stream or ladder for hours every day. I do still enjoy competing and I will see how I feel in 2018 with the new HCT tour but for now I am taking a break and re-evaluating. Alliance has been a great team to be a part of and I am thankful for their support during my time with them.»

During the time spent with The Alliance, Ostkaka managed to take the second place on SeatStory Cup VII. Powder spent about a year in the organization and got to the grand-final of Summer Mansion.
