Oxygen Esports signs Halo coach
From the side of Oxygen Esports, there was news that. that the newly arrived coach in the ranks of the organization will help the club develop towards Halo. At the end of November last year, Oxygen signed four Halo players. the line-up includes Common, Matt 'Haines' Haynes, Chris 'Name' Jimenez and Kyle 'Swish' Ahlberg.
In three months, they managed to take part in a number of different events and even earn $1,400 as part of the Halo Championship Series 2021 Kickoff Major with a prize pool of $350.00. There they took 17-24th place and became one of those who managed to enter the prize positions of the tournament table.
On January 30, Oxygen Esports entered the top 4 of the North American regional qualifier for the Halo Championship Series 2022, which allowed the players to qualify for the above tournament. Its total prize pool will be $125,000, and 26 teams will compete for the main prize, which has not yet been named. First, the teams will play in the Pool Play stage, where they will distribute places in the playoffs, and then they will fight in the final stage in the double-elimination bracket.
