Embracer Group announced the acquisition of eight new studios. It is noted that the company has bought out 3D Realms, the developer of the Duke Nukem series of games. The relevant news appeared on the website of the Swedish corporation as separate press releases.

Sign Up- 3D Realms is a Danish developer known for the Duke Nukem series of games. The studio is currently working on six games. It is noted that the division will continue to work as part of Saber Interactive and will change the head.
- Easy Trigger is the developer of the Huntdown shooter. The division will continue to operate as part of Coffee Stain, while developing the Huntdown franchise along the way.
- Slipgate Ironworks is a Danish studio focused on porting games to consoles and also contributing to the development of Ghostrunner. The division will continue to operate as part of Saber Interactive.
- Grimfrost is a company engaged in the manufacture of various Viking-themed souvenirs.
- Ghost Ship Games is the developer of the co-op shooter Deep Rock Galactic. The division will continue to operate as part of the Coffee Stain.
- CrazyLabs is an Israeli mobile video game publisher.
- Force Field is the developer of virtual reality games Landfall, Time Stall and Coaster Combat. The division will continue to operate as part of Koch Media.
- DigixArt is the developer of Lost in Harmony, 11-11 Memories Retold and Road 96. The division will continue to operate as part of Koch Media.
Note that the Embracer Group owns a total of 69 studios and over 240 episodes, including Saints Row, Metro, Darksiders and Dead Island.
