Ubisoft to release Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time Remake next year

Ubisoft, which is developing a remake of the legendary Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, announced on social networks that the title should be released in 2022.

They did not give an exact date, but noted the fact that development is proceeding in full accordance with their plan. So far, they have no opportunity to share even an approximate release date for the story of the Prince of Persia. Ahead of the audience is the presentation of Ubisoft Forward, in which the French company will share its plans for the future and show some interesting things. Remarkably, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not appear there.

Recall that initially the developers were going to release a remake of the game about the Prince of Persia on January 20, but due to the disgruntled exclamations of fans after the release of the trailer, Ubisoft said that they would completely remake the title. Their goal is to make a game that can be enjoyed by everyone from the old-timers of the series to the younger players. The game was pushed back to March 18th. In February, it became known that Ubisoft was in no hurry to release the game.
