Released in 2011 as an indie game, since January 2021 it has been ranked 1st in the ranking of the most popular PC games, overtaking such beast of the gaming industry as LoL, CS: GO, GTA V, Call of Duty, Valorant.
The last time Minecraft reached the first line of the rating was in November 2020. Recall that the game confidently takes the 1st place in the rating of the best-selling games. As of summer 2020, sales exceeded 200 million copies. The closest pursuer is GTA V with 140 million copies.
