EU approves upcoming deal between Microsoft and Zenimax

Recently, the European Union antitrust regulator gave the green light to the deal between Microsoft and Zenimax. Earlier, the merger of the company was approved by the American Antimonopoly Service.
Recall that Microsoft announced the purchase of Zenimax, and at the same time its subsidiaries in September 2020. The deal will amount to $ 7.5 billion, and the merger will take place through a new Microsoft company called Vault.
