Just a few hours ago, Jason Schreier announced a possible deal between Microsoft and ZeniMax. Just a few minutes later, the information was confirmed: Microsoft acquired ZeniMax Studios.
ZeniMax subsidiaries will now join the Xbox family. The following companies are now part of Microsoft's gaming division.

This deal looks extremely impressive, given that the new Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are coming out soon. Xbox will add titles such as Dishonored, Wolfenstein, The Elder Scrolls, DOOM and others to its collection of games. Recall that the deal is valued at $ 7.5 billion.
