It looks like Rockstar Games is planning to shift the focus of Red Dead Online towards solo content. These plans were shared by the developers in their address to the fans of the game.
This is how Rockstar plans to keep players interested. It is noteworthy that this model of maintaining online projects is used not only in Red Dead Online.
In GTA Online, the developers have resorted to a similar concept, which paid off. The online version of Grand Theft Auto in December 2020 updated its own record for the number of new players.
Red Dead Online did not stand aside in this regard. The multiplayer game has also attracted the largest number of players since the beta test.
