Recently Electronic Arts presented a report for the third quarter of the current fiscal year. It talked about the company's plans for the recently acquired Codemasters.
The publisher plans to significantly increase its presence in the racing genre, creating even more similar games. In this case, EA plans to contribute to the growth in popularity of the already successful series of x type DiRT and GRID.
Codemasters developers will be given access to EA's technologies and capabilities, as well as their marketing services and resources to successfully promote future titles. This approach should speed up the development and implementation of ambitious ideas in future Codemasters projects under the guidance ofEA.
