Introducing Magic: Legends, a game set in the Magic: the Gathering universe
Soon, the MTG computer universe will be replenished with another title. This is Magic: Legends, a diabloid-style multiplayer game with CCG elements.
The main feature of Legends will be the system of cards and decks introduced into the game. The character will have a deck of 12 cards, with different types of mana.
Each card has unique properties and abilities depending on the color of the deck. However, you will be offered to start the game with a deck of one color, which in the course of the passage can be supplemented with other colors.
With spells in the game, everything is a little more standard. There will be several types of magic in total: summoning creatures, applying debuffs and causing damage to enemies. Also, spells will have a rarity system: common, uncommon, rare and mythical.
Magic: Legends is marketed as a shareware game. Open beta testing for PC is scheduled to start on March 23rd, with Legends coming to consoles later.
