A new face is entering the console arena called KFConsole. The announcement took place on the website of the company that will manufacture the devices - Cooler Master.

The KFConsole is based on the Intel NUC 9 Extreme module, which will house a Core i9-9980HK processor with a frequency of 2.4 GHz. In this case, the frequency can be overclocked up to 5 GHz in Turbo Boost mode. The video card that will be built into the console will be from NVIDIA, but which one is currently unknown. If you pay attention to the image, you will notice the absence of DVI connectors, which means that GPUs from NVIDIA on the Turing architecture will be built into the KFConsole.

In terms of memory, users will have to enjoy two Seagate BarraCuda and FireCuda SSDs for a total of 2TB.

The console from KFC will support monitors with refresh rates up to 240 Hz, and the console itself will be able to offer users ray tracing technology and resolution with 4K images. In addition, players will be able to take advantage of VR devices that will be compatible with KFConsole. KFC didn't forget that they are famous for their chicken wings and came up with a humorous design of their device. Except for all of the above, the console will have a special place for strips, legs, wings and other chicken dishes that can be heated by the heat coming from the work of the KFConsole components.

There are no other details about the console at this time. KFC also did not specify whether it will be a mass product or whether the devices will be released in limited editions for the purpose of an unusual marketing campaign.
