The authors of The Ascent, a diabloid in the cyberpunk setting, reached out to fans of the game with some not-so-rosy news. The development team will not have time to release the game by the end of 2020, and therefore postpones the release to 2021.
There is no specific release date for The Ascent, but there is a fresh gameplay video. It demonstrates the streets of the futuristic city of Veles, in which the events of the game will unfold. In addition to the dark city of the future, the game will have other aspects of cyberpunk: powerful corporations, street gangs and robotic mercenaries.

Sign UpThe Ascent will be released on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The game will also be available to Xbox Game Pass members for free.
