Halo Infinite developers at 343 Industries recently talked about the coating system for customizing cosmetic items in the game. The news created a dissonance in the community, as some began to think that the skins could only be obtained through in-app purchases.
343 Industries was quick to reassure fans. Community manager John Yunyshek assured that you don't have to pay to get skins. They can not only be bought, but also received as a reward or by finding.
Also, the authors of Halo Infinite confirmed that there will be no loot boxes in the game. In addition, the multiplayer mode will be shareware.
