Agent A: A puzzle in disguise and Bad Cheese Are Now Free on Epic Games Store

The Epic Games Store has launched another free game giveaway. This time, you can add two games to your library, and the lineup for next week’s giveaway has also been unveiled.

The first game in this free giveaway is Agent A: A puzzle in disguise. Developed and published by Yak & Co. in 2019, the game is a spy adventure set in the 1960s. You play as an agent who must make her way into the enemy’s vault while solving various puzzles along the way. As for Bad Cheese, it’s an indie horror game that came out just last month. The game also features retro-style animation, and the plot has you controlling a little mouse who does his father’s various “dirty jobs.” You can add both games to your EGS library for free and forever until next Thursday, October 22.

The Epic Games Store also announced that Home - A Unique Horror Adventure and Sker Ritual will be available for free next week. The first is a 2D pixel art game with thriller elements, where your decisions influence the story and the ending. Sker Ritual is a co-op first-person shooter and a spin-off of Maid of Sker.

This week also brought news of a delay for a new game from Epic Games, which is being developed in collaboration with Disney and will feature Star Wars and Marvel characters. The delay was caused by a change in the game’s development approach to an “AI-first” one, meaning that content will be generated using artificial intelligence tools.
