Illfonic Confirmed First DLC for Halloween: The Game

Halloween: The Game, which was released last month, will soon receive its first DLC. The developers from Illfonic announced the news, revealing the content and prices on their official website.

The DLC for Halloween: The Game, set for release on October 27, will include a new map, The Tower Farm, inspired by Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers. The iconic killer will also receive a costume from the film, as well as a costume from the 2018 Halloween reboot—each skin will cost $10. Additionally, the developers have confirmed the Civilian Characters Pack, which adds two new survivors for $10 each—Michelle and Eugene—and the Civilian Costumes Pack 1, featuring 14 Halloween costumes and 42 color variations, also priced at $10.

New horrors are headed to Halloween: The Game with our first major content update, releasing on October 27.

This update celebrates the season by introducing the Tower Farm map, two new Michael Myers skins, two new Civilians, and much more.

Illfonic also continues to release various patches for Halloween: The Game, improving the game’s performance. Despite its potential, the game has been unable to pose a strong competition to Dead by Daylight, and its critical reception has been mostly mixed or even below average. The same goes for players—on Steam, Halloween: The Game has just over 60% positive reviews. Despite this, Illfonic previously confirmed a year-long support plan for the game and continues to release various updates for it.

The first DLC for Halloween: The Game will release on October 27 (PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5).
