Game Informer Revealed 12 New GTA 6 Screenshots

GTA 6 has officially become the cover of the latest issue of Game Informer magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine’s website and official app have been overwhelmed by a massive surge of users, and login issues are still being reported. However, social media users have already begun posting new screenshots of GTA 6, revealing various aspects of the game.

Rockstar has released a total of 12 new screenshots of GTA 6, almost all of which showcase a variety of scenes. They feature a nighttime view of the incredibly detailed Vice City and an equally detailed beach where the main characters, Jason and Lucia, are sunbathing, as well as a closer look at the wildlife of GTA 6. All 12 new Grand Theft Auto VI screenshots, presented in a slideshow format, are available below:

Hurricanes are confirmed!

As noted by user GTAVI_Countdown, a hurricane can be seen in one of the screenshots, suggesting an advanced weather system in GTA 6, as previously reported. Game Informer also confirms the game will feature “heavy clouds, strong winds, dense atmospherics, and a lot of rain.” The first, more detailed information about the game’s wildlife has also emerged. Specifically, the game promises over 170 different animal species, 60 of which are birds. Almost all of them, reportedly, will be huntable—this will be a separate gameplay mechanic.

Additionally, the media revealed a list of secondary activities in GTA 6. It includes base jumping, billiards, gyms, kayaking, mini-golf, scuba diving, street and off-road racing, zoos, airboating, and jet skiing. Some of these were already known, and this is certainly not the complete list of activities in the game.

It's likely that more information from the Game Informer report on the open world, the weather system, and the wildlife will appear shortly.

Grand Theft Auto VI is confirmed to release on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
