Insomniac Games Revealed a New Cinematic Marvel's Wolverine Trailer - "I Ain't No Hero"

Marvel’s Wolverine, the next title from Insomniac Games, is definitely one of the games fans are most excited about for this autumn. After showing off its first gameplay last month during the State of Play presentation, the game's marketing seems to be picking up speed, as the developers released a new trailer.

Insomniac Games posted a new cinematic trailer for Marvel's Wolverine titled "I Ain't No Hero" on social media. The 90-second trailer gives us a better look at the game's setting, showing off different locations and giving hints about Wolverine's story. The trailer also introduces Lady Deathstrike, a character from the Marvel Comics and one of Wolverine's most dangerous enemies. She's the daughter of Kenji Oyama, the person who invented the process used to bond adamantium to Wolverine. It's still unclear if Kenji Oyama himself will appear in the game, but you can check out the new Marvel's Wolverine trailer below:

Unlike Marvel's Spider-Man franchise, Insomniac Games' new Wolverine title won't feature an open world. Instead, players can look forward to linear, tightly structured levels—similar to God of War or Tomb Raider games. The combat will also be more brutal and noticeably bloodier, and the latest cinematic trailer is a perfect confirmation. And just recently, a report surfaced claiming that Bolivar Trask—the mutant hunter and creator of the Sentinels— will serve as the game's main villain.

Insomniac Games has also confirmed the studio is taking part in San Diego Comic-Con, which is scheduled for July 23–26. Several developers and actors are set to attend, with new details about the game expected to be revealed, along with behind-the-scenes footage of the development process.
