Liquid Sword Announced New Update For Samson - Welcome to The Pit – Releasing Tomorrow, On June 9

It's been nearly a month since Liquid Swords released the latest update for their game Samson, which originally launched in early April this year. Unexpectedly, the developers have announced that tomorrow, June 9th, the game will receive a brand-new update titled Welcome To The Pit.

In a new Steam blog post, the studio revealed some details about what players can expect from the upcoming update. The main highlight of Welcome To The Pit is the introduction of a new district in the city of Tyndalston—the Lowline Circuit Race Track. Along with this, Liquid Swords announced the addition of a car customization system in Samson, new taxi gigs, new jobs, and likely fixes to many technical issues within the game. The developers plan to continue supporting Samson with new content, but so far, no roadmap for the game has been announced. However, it has been confirmed that in addition to PC, the game will also be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S this September, although the exact release date has not yet been revealed.
