Reliable Insider Confirmed Nintendo Direct Will Take Place Next Week

Over the past couple of weeks, quite a few rumors have appeared online that Nintendo is planning to hold its own Nintendo Direct game presentation in the near future. And although the company itself has not yet made an official statement, the main emphasis was on the fact that it will happen before the Summer Game Fest (June 5-8).

It seems that Nintendo Direct will indeed take place soon, but we will have to wait a little longer. The reputable insider NateTheHate recorded a new podcast on his YouTube channel dedicated to Nintendo and future projects at the company, in which he confirmed that the Nintendo Direct presentation will take place during the second week of June (8-14). For now, he cannot give the exact date.

About which projects might be featured on Nintendo Direct, it could be a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which is rumored to be in development, as well as the recently announced Star Fox 64 remake, which is titled Star Fox. In addition, it is not excluded that release dates of projects from third-party studios will be announced - for example, for the recently released 007 First Light from IO Interactive.
