Shinji Hashimoto, who produces the Final Fantasy series, has retweeted Sony's entry for the upcoming PlayStation 5. FF fans believe this is a direct allusion to the next installment in the series, as Shinji Hashimoto rarely has any activity on his Twitter account outside of his own. professional interests, namely the Final Fantasy series. Shortly after retweeting, Shinji decided to delete his post. Because of this, fans have only become ingrained in their guesses.

By tradition, video game developers often mention gaming exhibitions and other events in which they take part in social networks. An example is the recent announcement of Gran Turismo 7, before which series creator Kazunori Yamauchi recommended watching Sony's 'The Future of Games' presentation. Guerrilla Games also retweeted the event shortly before, and then announced the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn.
