More Footage of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Surfaces Online

The fans cannot wait to see the official reveal of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, the remake of 2013’s Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, which is confirmed to be unveiled this week, on April 23. But before it happened, the first look at the game had already surfaced online, which left the gamers impressed.

Less than 24 hours ago, the first screenshots and seemingly part of the upcoming trailer of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced were leaked, which make it clear that Ubisoft has really put a lot of work into remastering this 13-year-old game. But this leak wasn’t the only one, as Reddit user ZamnBoii shared new leaked footage of Black Flag Resynced. Specifically, we can see the shot of Edward Kenway and his wife, Caroline, in the remake; also, the comparison of this show with the same one from the original game, the landscape GIF, and a few upcoming details. According to a Reddit user, Ubisoft also expanded the game map, so you can now travel seamlessly to the jungle beyond Havana. As mentioned by users in the comments, Black Flag Resynced is looking “like a mix between the 2013 version and the CGI trailer aesthetic” and Ubisoft is finally releasing the remake in the form in which they originally intended to release the game in 2013.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is confirmed not to feature any DLC or multiplayer to fully concentrate on Edward Kenway’s story. The game will be officially shown on April 23 at 4PM UTC, 6PM CEST, and 9AM PDT and is rumored to release on July 9 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
