A Long-Awaited Blade Runner Video Game Might Be Cancelled
Back in summer 2023, Annapurna Games, the publisher of 2022’s Stray video game, announced an ambitious title based on the Blade Runner franchise—Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth—and they were indicated not just as publishers but as the developers as well. We haven’t heard much since then, and there's a chance the game could never be released.
As the gamers noticed, Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth has become unavailable on Steam, and Valve also released a statement that the game will be taken off from the store. There is no reaction from Annapurna Games so far, but it could be a sign the title is not cancelled, as we haven't gotten any content since its announcement in 2023.

Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth takes place between the events of the original Blade Runner movie and Blade Runner 2049, specifically, after the Blackout—a terrorist attack that took down Tyrell Corporation's production of Replicants.
