Marvel’s Wolverine Is Not Expected to Appear at State of Play

PlayStation’s State of Play is officially taking place tomorrow, and we should expect multiple titles to be appeared. Unfortunately, it seems like one of the upcoming PlayStation 5 exclusives will not be shown at all.

Following the reveal that PlayStation’s YouTube channel recently uploaded a new video that is currently noticed as private. The fans considered it as a direct hint the new trailer of Marvel’s Wolverine will be shown at upcoming State of Play. However, during the conversation on X social media, Insomniac Games has confirmed they will reveal more info on Marvel’s Wolverine this spring, which is means the game will not appear on State of Play show on February 12, as you can check below:

Of course, it could also be the element to throw dust in the eyes, because it’s weird to have a private video on the official PlayStation YouTube account a few days before the State of Play event.

Marvel’s Wolverine currently doesn’t have a release date yet, and according to another report, the game is set to release in the third quarter of 2026 (July-September).
