End of Service Confirmed Without a Detailed Explanation

Seven Knights 2 is a cinematic MMORPG that established itself as a strong sequel to the original Seven Knights, achieving notable success in the Korean market at launch. The game features a large roster of both classic and new heroes, strategic boss battles, and a story-driven campaign supported by high-quality cinematic cutscenes.

The development team confirmed the shutdown through an official post on the Netmarble Forum, stating: “We are committed to doing our utmost to ensure a smooth gameplay experience until the very last moment.”

No specific reason was provided for the decision to end the game’s service.

Final Content and Service Details

Following the announcement, in-game purchases have been disabled, and Seven Knights 2 has been removed from digital app stores. Despite this, all seasonal content and ongoing events will continue to run as scheduled until the end-of-service date.

Netmarble also confirmed that the game’s official forums and social media channels will be closed on April 14, 2026, one day before the servers go offline. There will be no offline version of the game available after shutdown, and no refunds will be issued.

Options for Fans After Shutdown

Although the shutdown marks the end of Seven Knights 2, fans of the franchise still have an alternative within the series. Seven Knights: Rebirth offers a new experience set within the same universe and serves as the next chapter for players looking to continue with the franchise after the servers close.
