Far Cry 3 Could Receive a 60 FPS Support Update Soon

The latest report from insider Tom Henderson is that Ubisoft is planning to announce and release Far Cry 7 this year. Previous reports revealed the new game will be set in Alaska, and it will look like two separate projects—Far Cry: Blackbird (standalone single-player) and Far Cry: Maverick (multiplayer extraction).

Nevertheless, some Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon fans are still waiting for an update that will let the players play with a 60 FPS frame rate. During recent dialogue with one of X's social media users, the official Far Cry account hinted that a 60 FPS update will be released soon for both Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Though it didn’t give any additional information, it did include an image of a person rubbing his hands—a sign that usually means anticipation.
