Kingdom Come: Deliverance Developers Are Working on a New Video Game

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has become one of the best video games of 2025, though it was totally snubbed at The Game Awards 2025, and the fans were mostly disappointed it didn’t win any nominations, including Best RPG.

However, Warhorse Studios, the developers of the Kingdom Come game series, are in a good mood, as the original game could get a remaster this year, and the threequel might be in development as well. Moreover, according to the vacancies update on the developers’ official site, they’re currently working on a brand-new video game using not CryEngine, but Unreal Engine 5. More specifically, the studio is looking for a candidate who has experience with Unreal Animation Blueprints and slate machines, and experience with Unreal Engine Horde is required as well.

It seems like Warhorse Studios is planning to develop the Kingdom Come franchise using CryEngine, while their new title will use a new engine and new technologies.
