Steam Winter Sale and Steam Awards Officially Confirmed

Steam has launched a traditional Winter Sale, available from now until January 5th—but also the players can vote in a Steam Awards nominations.

There are 11 different categories with 5 games per each nominee. The full list of categories and nominees you can see below:

- Game of the Year Award: Dispatch, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Kingdom Come II: Deliverance, Hollow Knight: Silksong, ARC Raiders;

- VR Game of the Year Award: Le Mans Ultimate, The Midnight Walk, F1 25, Pavlov, Emissary Zero;

- Labor of Love Award: Baldur’s Gate 3, Dota 2, Helldivers II, No Man’s Sky, Rust;

- Best Game on Steam Deck Award: Ball x Pit, Digimon Story Time Stranger, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, Hades II, CloverPit;

- Better With Friends Award: Schedule I, R.E.P.O., PEAK, Battlefield 6, Split Fiction;

- Outstanding Visual Style Award: Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, DOOM: The Dark Ages, ENA: Dream BBQ, My Little Puppy, Silent Hill f;

- Most Innovative Gameplay Award: Blue Prince, Escape from Duckov, Mage Arena, Europa Universalis V, ARC Raiders;

- Best Game You Suck at Award: Elder Ring Nightreign, Path of Exile 2, Marvel Rivals, Where Winds Meet, Hollow Knight: Silksong;

- Best Soundtrack Award: Deltarune, Tokyo Xtreme Racer, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Rift of the NecroDancer, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2;

- Outstanding Story-Rich Game Award: The Last of Us Part II Remastered, Dispatch, No, I’m not a Human, Kingdom Come II: Deliverance, Dying Light: The Beast;

- Sit Back and Relax Award: PowerWash Simulator 2, RV There Yet?, Slime Rancher 2, Megabonk, Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story.
