Divinity First Detalis Revealed by Larian Studios

As was revealed at The Game Awards 2025, a mystery game teased by its host, Geoff Keighley, is a new Divinity video game. Larian Studios revealed a cinematic announcement trailer, and new details may force the fans to anticipate the game even more.

CEO of Larian Studios Swen Vincke recently spoke with the JeuxVideo.com portal, where he revealed some exciting information about the upcoming Divinity video game. It’s been stated around 530 developers are working on a title that will use a new gaming engine. Divinity is not a turn-based RPG; it’s an action game. It also takes place around 100 years after Divinity Original Sin 2. It’s also been said all game systems, like narrative, character development, etc., have been revamped, and it does combine gameplay elements from both Divinity: Original Sin 2 and Baldur’s Gate 3.

Another recent report claims Divinity has been developed for years and is expected to release in the next 3-4 years and also feature a co-op mode.
