MLBB’s Cloudrise Patch Brings Major Hero and Gameplay Overhaul

The Cloudrise Patch is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious updates in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, introducing a wide range of new content that significantly reshapes gameplay. The update features a brand-new hero, major balance adjustments, fresh skins, and several upcoming event reveals. Here are the key additions arriving with the Cloudrise Patch.

New Hero: Sora

The highlight of the Cloudrise Patch Preview is Sora, MLBB’s newest Fighter hero. Sora stands out for his ability to ascend into multiple forms, giving him access to nine unique abilities across different transformations.

Because of his form-switching mechanic, Sora can effectively function as a Tank, Fighter, or Assassin, depending on the battlefield situation. His passive skill helps him build stacks that allow him to trigger his ultimate and change forms with ease.

• Thunder Form: Shifts Sora into an aggressive, assassin-like role.
• Torrent Form: Reinforces his durability, making him more suitable as a tanky brawler.
• Base Form: Balanced stats, fitting the traditional Fighter profile.

This versatility positions Sora as one of the most adaptable heroes in MLBB to date. He is set to debut with the launch of the Cloudrise Patch on December 18, 2025.

Hero Balance Adjustments

The update brings a set of buffs, nerfs, and reworks aimed at improving competitive balance and overall gameplay quality. The following heroes are receiving changes:

With the new patch, Roamers using Conceal or Dire Hit roam effects will now generate Gold and EXP by dealing damage to enemy heroes, providing more flexibility during the laning phase.

New Game Features

To improve the player experience, MLBB is introducing a Record and Share feature, allowing users to easily capture and share gameplay highlights. This addition is especially beneficial for content creators and players who enjoy showcasing their best in-game moments.

Exclusive Event Sneak Peek

The preview also teases upcoming skins and events releasing with Season 39. Among the highlights is the return of a Legend skin in a limited-time event.

MLBB 10th Anniversary Update

MLBB will reach its 10th anniversary in 2026, and developers promise a major celebration. The milestone update will introduce new gameplay systems and features never before seen in the Land of Dawn. There are also early hints that Moskov’s Collector Skin may be available for free as part of the anniversary festivities.
