This limited-time celebration encourages players to team up with friends across multiple game modes to earn XP and unlock free cosmetic rewards. The announcement arrives as Fortnite prepares for the introduction of Chapter 7, a milestone that is expected to bring a brand-new map and fresh gameplay mechanics.

A Successful Simpsons Collaboration Sets the Stage

Before Chapter 7 arrives, players can still enjoy Fortnite’s current crossover with The Simpsons. The game now features a fully cell-shaded map inspired by the iconic art style of the animated series, blending recognizable Fortnite locations with landmarks from Springfield. Epic Games reports that this collaboration has delivered the largest wave of new and returning players since the 2024 holiday season. Building on that momentum, the studio is now shifting attention to the upcoming Winter Rush event.

What to Expect From Party Up Winter Rush

A new trailer confirms that Party Up Winter Rush will run from November 19 to November 29. The concept is straightforward: players log in, form parties with friends, and earn XP across various Fortnite game modes to claim free cosmetic items. According to the trailer, the event will support an array of modes, including Delulu, Brick Life, Blitz Royale, Rocket Racing, Festival, Reload, Save the World, and more.

Although Epic Games has yet to publish a complete reward list, the trailer highlights an unreleased outfit and matching back bling inspired by the Cuddle Team Leader theme. Players may also have the chance to earn a new harvesting tool—two pink baseball bats featuring the Cuddle Team Leader emblem. However, some of the cosmetics shown in the trailer might not be part of the free reward pool.
