GTA 6 to Launch with Three Editions, Leaker Claims — Prices and Features Revealed

A new leak has surfaced suggesting that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released in at least three different editions at launch. The source also shared potential UK pricing for each version and addressed recent rumors of another delay.

The information comes from Twitter user Millie A, a leaker known for both accurate scoops and occasional misses. While some of their past claims — like those about Hogwarts Legacy — didn’t hold up, they’ve previously leaked accurate details such as event lineups and were the first to report on the now-released LEGO 2K Drive.

GTA 6 Editions and Pricing Breakdown

According to Millie A’s July 29 post, Rockstar is preparing three editions of GTA 6:

  • Standard Edition – £69.99
  • Deluxe Edition – £89.99
  • Premium Edition – £109.99

The higher-priced editions will reportedly include early access to the game’s online mode — which fans are tentatively calling GTA 6 Online. The Premium Edition will grant earlier access than the Deluxe.

Edition
Price
Bonus Features
Standard Edition
£69.99
Base game only
Deluxe Edition
£89.99
Early access to GTA Online
Premium Edition
£109.99
Even earlier access to GTA Online

If these UK prices are accurate, the Standard Edition could launch at around $79.99 USD.

GTA 6 PS5 and PS5 Pro Bundles Also Expected

The leaker also backed up existing rumors about a marketing deal between Rockstar and Sony. This partnership may result in GTA 6-themed console bundles for both the PlayStation 5 and its upgraded PS5 Pro model — an expected move given Sony’s history with the franchise.

Potential Delay: GTA 6 Might Slip to Late 2026

Addressing growing speculation around the game’s release window, Millie A claims that GTA 6 might not make its current May 26, 2026 target. According to the leaker, a second delay could push the game to September 2026.

Originally announced for a 2025 release, Rockstar has already delayed the title once.

GTA Online May Still Launch as Standalone

The only previous rumor about GTA 6 editions dates back to January 2025, when known Rockstar insider Tez2 reported that publisher Take-Two Interactive plans to sell GTA 6 Online as a standalone title from day one. This earlier claim doesn’t contradict Millie A’s leak, though the two reports do not directly overlap.

Caution Advised — Nothing Is Official Yet

As with all unofficial information, fans should approach these claims with skepticism. Even if based on accurate insights at the time, plans can and often do change before launch — especially with a release as closely watched as GTA 6.
