StarSavior Closed Beta Begins July 23 — Here's How to Join the Test

Studio Bside, the team behind Counter:Side, has officially announced the closed beta test (CBT) for their upcoming fantasy RPG StarSavior, running from July 23 to 29 on Android and iOS. Previously known as Project Star, the game was unveiled in November 2024 and is targeting a full release in late 2025.

What is StarSavior?

Set in a world teetering on the brink of collapse, StarSavior is a turn-based fantasy RPG with anime-style 3D visuals and a deeply immersive storyline. You play as a Savior from the Nebula Observatory Organization (NOA) — chosen to inherit the celestial power of the Stars and restore balance to a dying world.

The game offers:

• A vibrant cast of charming, animated characters
• A relationship-based training system, allowing players to bond with heroes and train them for combat
• Story arcs centered on each character’s personal journey

How to Sign Up for the Closed Beta

The CBT is open to players in South Korea and will be available on both mobile platforms. Here’s how to apply:

1. Visit the official StarSavior website
2. Click “Apply for CBT”
3. Choose Android or iOS, and enter your email address
4. Complete the form and hit “Submit”

Applications will be accepted until July 22, but it’s recommended to register early for a higher chance of selection. Players who are chosen will receive an invitation via the email they provided.

According to Studio Bside, StarSavior is currently in its final development phase, with plans to launch later this year. Whether or not you join the beta, this is one RPG you’ll want to keep your eyes on — especially if you love strong character narratives and strategic gameplay.
