🕹️ What to Expect from Blitz Royale

According to early leaks:

  • Rogue-like gameplay: Blitz Royale introduces randomized mechanics and quick resets that echo the structure of rogue-like games.
  • No Ranked Mode at Launch: Per Loolo_WRLD, Blitz Royale won’t debut with a ranked playlist. This aligns with Epic's recent removal of ranked from OG Zero Build, likely in an effort to maintain matchmaking quality.
  • Weekly Updates Incoming: Renowned leaker ShiinaBR reports that Blitz Royale will receive major content updates every week during its first month, potentially including crossover events with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
  • Dragon Ball Items Teased: HYPEX revealed the possible inclusion of mythic items from Dragon Ball, continuing Fortnite’s trend of high-profile anime collaborations.

🧱 More Coming June 18: LEGO Fortnite Expeditions

Blitz Royale isn't the only attraction dropping on June 18. LEGO Fortnite Expeditions is also launching, introducing three new Hero Classes inspired by the superhero theme of Chapter 6 Season 3. According to leakers, players will be able to enter Expeditions via bus stations in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and LEGO Fortnite Brick Life.

This expansion comes hot on the heels of Chapter 6 Season 3, which already introduced DC icons like Superman and Robin to the island. Now, Fortnite is poised to deliver even more fresh gameplay, crossover events, and high-tempo action—further cementing its status as a genre-defying live-service giant.
