Free Fire USA Championship 2025 Announced: Schedule, Format, and Prize Details

Garena’s popular battle royale title Free Fire is making a competitive return to the United States with the Free Fire USA Championship 2025. As part of the global regional tournament roadmap, this event will spotlight North America's top talent and add another chapter to Free Fire’s growing esports legacy.

The championship kicks off in June 2025 and will wrap up with an epic Grand Finals on July 12, 2025.

🗓️ Tournament Schedule and Format

The competition will unfold in four key stages, beginning with online qualifiers and culminating in the Grand Finals:

1. Qualifier Stage

• 📅 June 7–8, 2025
• 24 teams will qualify from this initial phase through online matches.

2. Group Stage

• 📅 Starts June 21, 2025
• The 24 qualified teams will be split into two groups.
• Teams will compete across 4 matchdays, with 4 matches each day.
• The top 18 teams will advance to the Knockout Stage.

3. Knockout Stage

• 📅 July 5–6, 2025
• The 18 teams will be divided into 3 groups, competing in a round-robin format.
• Each team will play 8 matches.
• The top 12 teams will secure spots in the Grand Finals.

4. Grand Finals

• 📅 July 12, 2025
• This final showdown will use the Champion Rush format.
• The tournament will conclude with the crowning of the USA Champion.

🎮 Participating Teams

A total of 24 teams will take part in the championship. All participants will be determined through the online qualifiers. At this stage, the full list of teams has yet to be announced.
