Godzilla May Be Stomping Into Fortnite Creative, According to New Leak

Fortnite’s universe of crossovers may soon grow even larger. According to a leak by prominent insider HYPEX, Godzilla could be coming to Fortnite’s Creative mode in the near future — giving players more freedom than ever before to interact with the legendary kaiju. The reveal comes as Fortnite continues its Star Wars-themed Galactic Battle mini-season, which is currently underway.

Godzilla's Return: More Than Just a Cameo

Godzilla isn’t a stranger to Fortnite. The monster first appeared in Chapter 6 Season 1, where players could transform into Godzilla and wreak havoc across the map — crushing structures, defeating players, and unleashing his signature atomic breath. That original crossover also included battle pass cosmetics themed around Godzilla, offering players exclusive items during the event.

Now, with Godzilla potentially heading to Creative mode, fans may soon gain the ability to customize experiences that include the iconic monster — a move likely to spark creativity and chaos in equal measure.

The earlier collaboration wasn’t limited to just the King of the Monsters. It also introduced Mechagodzilla and King Kong to the Item Shop, making it one of Fortnite’s most expansive monster-themed events to date. The return of Godzilla has many in the community buzzing with excitement.

Fortnite on iOS: Another Roadblock

While new content continues to drop, Epic Games is still fighting to bring Fortnite back to iOS. After a long legal battle between Epic and Apple, the courts ultimately ruled in Epic’s favor. The developers subsequently submitted Fortnite for review — a move that could have reinstated the game on iOS in the United States.

However, Apple has since blocked the submission, preventing Fortnite’s return to iOS devices worldwide. This latest development adds more friction to an already complex relationship between the two companies, leaving iOS users still locked out of the action.

Darth Vader Joins the Fight — With AI

Fortnite has recently been expanding its use of AI-powered characters, most notably adding a fully interactive Darth Vader. Players can now squad up with the Sith Lord, who responds to in-game conversations in real-time. While some early interactions included unintended explicit language, Epic quickly issued a hotfix to address it.

Players continue to discover unexpected and amusing dialogue options with Vader, further boosting Fortnite’s reputation for innovative, fan-driven content.

The Future of Fortnite Looks Bright

Between potential Godzilla Creative mode content, expanding AI interactivity, and a passionate fanbase, Fortnite shows no signs of slowing down. Whether you're crushing buildings as a kaiju or chatting with Darth Vader mid-match, the game continues to deliver fresh experiences — and more surprises are likely just around the corner.
