We don't have many details yet about Zero Company, except that it will be a single-player, turn-based tactics game. Fortunately, the wait for more information won’t be long — EA plans to reveal a first look at the game on April 19 during Star Wars Celebration in Japan. 🎮

Developer Bit Reactor is a newly formed studio specializing in strategy games, made up of industry veterans who worked on titles like XCOM, Civilization, Gears of War, and Elder Scrolls Online. Founded in 2022, the studio has been quietly working with Respawn on a Star Wars project for a while — but this is the first time real details have emerged.

As for Respawn's role, it’s still a bit unclear how heavily the studio is involved. Respawn has faced a rough period recently, including the cancellation of its own Star Wars FPS project a year ago, mass layoffs at EA, and the shutdown of another multiplayer FPS incubation effort just last month.

More about Star Wars: Zero Company will be shared during a live panel on Saturday, April 19 at 4:30 PM local time in Japan. 🌟
