Clash of Clans Launches Gold Rush Event — Here’s Everything You Need to Know

A brand-new Clash of Clans event called Gold Rush is going live from April 14, 2025, and will run for a full week. Teased earlier as the mysterious event in the monthly calendar, Gold Rush introduces a fresh twist to clan-based gameplay with unique rewards and a competitive structure.

🔎 How Gold Rush Works

Once the event begins, you’ll see a special building appear next to the Friend or Foe area. Tapping on the WWE belt icon brings up the Gold Rush interface, where you can view:

• Your clan’s current progress
• A live leaderboard
• A full list of available rewards

The event revolves around collecting Golden Nuggets, a special currency that determines your contribution to your clan’s milestones.

🪙 How to Earn Golden Nuggets

You can gather Golden Nuggets from three main sources:

• Gold Mines
• Loot Cart
• Multiplayer attacks (including League Bonuses)

⚠️ Important note: If your gold storages are full, only gold earned from multiplayer attacks will count toward Nuggets. Gold from Clan Wars, Goblin maps, Builder Base, and Clan Capital does not contribute.

🤝 Helping Your Clan

Golden Nuggets you earn go toward unlocking clan-wide milestone rewards. The ultimate prize? A cosmetic WWE Championship Belt for your village.

• Up to 100 players can contribute to a single clan’s progression, even though the regular clan size is 50.
• You can only claim each reward tier once, but you’re free to keep helping others reach theirs.
• Even a single Nugget contribution qualifies you for rewards, as long as you’re in the clan when the milestone is achieved.

🎁 Claiming Rewards

Unlike Clan Games, you can claim rewards immediately once a milestone is reached—no need to wait until the event ends.

But there’s a catch:

• You must stay in the clan to claim rewards.
• If you leave or are kicked before collecting them, you’ll lose access to those rewards.
