Leaker Hints at Massive Fortnite Collabs: Kingdom Come, Tony Hawk and Death Stranding
If you thought Fortnite had already crossed over with everything it possibly could, guess again. A fresh leak is making the rounds, and it sounds like Epic Games still has a ridiculous number of collabs lined up for the rest of 2025. From medieval RPGs and skateboarding legends to post-apocalyptic package delivery, Fortnite is about to get even weirder (in the best way).
According to well-known leaker ShpeshalNick, Fortnite is gearing up for an avalanche of new content drops featuring characters from Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Death Stranding, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Hitman, Mortal Kombat, and somehow even Jack Black—yes, the actual guy. The leak came during a recent episode of the Xbox Era Podcast and has already been backed up by chatter from folks over at Insider Gaming. While none of this is official yet, ShpeshalNick has a solid track record with Fortnite leaks, so this one’s worth watching.

Let’s start with one of the more unexpected entries: Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. This gritty, grounded medieval RPG doesn’t scream “Victory Royale” material at first glance, but the idea of dropping into Fortnite as Henry or Hans in full plate armor is actually kind of amazing. It’d be like sending a peasant cosplayer to a rave—and it somehow fits Fortnite’s current anything-goes vibe.

Then there’s Death Stranding, which might not seem like the most obvious pick either, but it tracks. The first game was tied to the Epic Games Store for quite a while, so there’s already a connection there. With Death Stranding 2 coming up, this feels like the perfect marketing tie-in. Imagine running around the island as Sam Porter Bridges, throwing packages instead of grenades or gliding around with that mechanical skeleton backpack. Honestly, I’d main him just to see what kind of weird emotes they cook up.

Also on the list? Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater. Yep. Supposedly, Fortnite will host a full-on skating event tied to the rumored release of Pro Skater 3+4 this summer. No word yet on whether it’s a collab skin drop or a limited-time mode, but if we’re getting skate parks, grind rails, and maybe some sick skating traversal, this might be Fortnite’s most fun update since zero build. Give me Tony Hawk doing an ollie off Mega City skyscrapers, and I’m sold.

The leak didn’t stop there. There’s more Mortal Kombat stuff supposedly on the way, plus Double Dragon, an unnamed NBA player, and Agent 47 from Hitman. That last one makes a weird amount of sense—imagine the silent assassin using goofy Fortnite emotes after a sniper kill. Peak chaos.
But the real wild card here? Jack Black. Not Bowser. Not Po the panda. Just… Jack Black. Maybe he’ll be his own skin, maybe it’s a musical collab, or maybe Epic’s just embracing the fact that Jack Black is basically a living cartoon already. Whatever it ends up being, people are gonna go nuts for it. You just know that man is going to show up in the promo doing something unhinged.

There’s no official confirmation from Epic Games yet (as always, take this stuff with the usual grain of salt), but if even half of this leak is real, Fortnite is heading into another era of crossover madness. Somehow, they’re still keeping it fresh—and increasingly bizarre.
Whether you’re here for the memes, the cosmetics, or the skateboarding RPG murder simulators, it looks like Fortnite’s 2025 roadmap is stacked.
