The Last of Us Part II Receives Update 1.1 on PC — Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes
A new update 1.1 for The Last of Us Part II has been released on PC. Nixxes Software, the studio responsible for the PC port, shared a list of improvements aimed at enhancing performance and fixing various issues.
Key changes include:

Sign Up- Improved performance to address potential stuttering in Seattle’s downtown area.
- Fixed crashes related to the use of Steam Input.
- Image setting sliders now move in increments regardless of input method.
- In the “No Return” mode, the Daily Run leaderboard now correctly displays friends’ best scores.
- Fixed audio/video desync during the Grounded II documentary playback.
- Corrected visual glitches in cutscenes when playing on ultra-wide monitors.
- Various crashes have been resolved, and overall stability has been improved.
- UI bugs have been fixed.
Additionally, the developers acknowledged an ongoing issue with autosaves. The problem may occur if OneDrive or similar cloud services interfere with saving. As a temporary workaround, Nixxes recommends pausing cloud syncing while playing. To do this, right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar, click the gear icon, and select “Pause syncing.”
