Participants have a month to perfect their designs and submit the most creative troop possible. To enter, contestants must submit concept art of their troop in an action pose, ensuring key details are clearly visible. Additional images, such as early sketches, alternate poses, or a short backstory, are encouraged to add depth to the design. Submissions must adhere to the official guidelines, with images sized at 3840×2400 pixels in .jpg or .png format.

Since its launch in November 2019, Supercell MAKE has provided players with opportunities to showcase their artistic talents across multiple Supercell games. Past contests have led to fan-created content making its way into games like Brawl Stars, which previously held a Super Heroes-themed Supercell MAKE campaign featuring six brawlers.
