During Sony's February 2025 State of Play, Sega unveiled Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, the latest installment in the Sonic Racing series. This upcoming kart racing game introduces innovative mechanics and an expansive roster, promising an exhilarating experience for fans.

A standout feature of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is the introduction of Travel Rings. These dynamic portals allow players to shift between different dimensions mid-race, transforming the environment and track layout. This mechanic ensures that each race remains unpredictable and engaging, as players must adapt to new terrains and challenges on the fly.
