As the release date approaches, many fans are eager to know exactly when they can dive into this new adventure. When Does Avowed Launch in Early Access?

Players who purchase the Premium Edition of Avowed will be rewarded with up to five days of Early Access. This perk applies to both the physical and digital editions of the game. (Note: the physical edition includes a steelbook case with a download code—no physical disc is provided.) The Premium Edition is priced at $94.99 for both Xbox and PC.

For those playing via Game Pass, Early Access is also available by purchasing the $24.99 Premium Upgrade. This allows Game Pass subscribers to jump in early without committing to the full Premium Edition price.

Avowed Early Access Release Times

According to the Xbox Store, Early Access for Avowed will go live in the United States at:

At this time, there’s no confirmed release time for the PC version of Avowed’s Early Access. PC players with the Premium Edition should check at midnight on February 13, 2025, but it’s possible that the game will only become available when the Xbox version launches.

Full Release Date and Launch Times

Obsidian Entertainment has yet to announce the exact launch times for Avowed’s full release, but the game is officially set to release on February 18, 2025, for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will be available on Game Pass from day one, giving all subscribers access to the game without any additional purchases.

Currently, both the Xbox Store and Steam list February 18, 2025, as the official release date. While it’s worth checking at 12:00 AM EST for a possible midnight release in the U.S., it’s also possible the game won’t be fully released until 1:00 PM EST, exactly five days after the Early Access period begins.
