Capcom Double Showcase: Feb 4 Reveals

Capcom is gearing up for an exciting night of reveals with not one, but two showcases scheduled for next Tuesday, February 4th. Starting at 10 pm GMT/2 pm PT, the company will present its Capcom Spotlight and Monster Hunter Wilds showcase, offering fans a first look at several upcoming titles.

The Capcom Spotlight kicks off the night with a 20-minute showcase that will cover three highly anticipated titles: Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Capcom Fighting Collection 2, and Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Arcade Classics. Onimusha: Way of the Sword, first announced in December, is expected to launch next year, marking the return of the iconic series nearly 20 years after the release of Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. Despite the game's long gap between releases, fans can expect more details during the event. Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will also be featured, and while a release date is set for 2025, fans are hopeful it will be confirmed during the showcase. Additionally, expect updates on Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, which has had some issues with its Xbox release in the past.

Once the Capcom Spotlight concludes, attention will shift to Monster Hunter Wilds, which will receive a 20-minute update ahead of its highly anticipated release on February 28th. With the launch just weeks away, fans are eager to see new monster reveals, biomes, and possibly the return of fan-favorite elder dragon Namielle, a sea-squirting, Cthulhu-inspired creature.

The showcase will be streamed live, likely on YouTube, with all the latest news and reveals coming straight from Capcom.
